When selected these barrels, we found the perfect balance and complexity of flavor when we cut the whiskey to exactly 117 proof. At this higher proof, we offer this 2020 Special Release as a non-chill filtered expression to enhance the mouthfeel and highlight the wonderful oils and aromas of these barrels in their purest form.

Paying tribute to the early days of Blanton's Bourbon, this unique 2020 Special Release label and giftbox celebrate the history of the world's first single barrel bourbon - beginning in 1984. This exclusive edition will only be produced in limited quantities.
