Yzaguirre Dry Reserva Vermouth - 750ML
Yzaguirre Dry Reserva Vermouth
Yzaguirre Dry Reserva Vermouth is a Spanish vermouth with a light straw yellow color and an intense aroma of light almond and coconut. It has a brisk palate that opens lemony and bright, with bracing Granny Smith apple tartness and the faintest whiff of coconut on the drying exhale. It is aged for one year in oak barrels which helps to stabilize the aroma and color of the blend. It is highly glyceric, velvety and smooth in the mouth with notes of wood, herbs and spices. It is excellent for use in cocktails, especially combined with gin and lemon.
